Moving from understanding to feeling

Very often, we try to solve our problems using our minds. Working with the body offers a different and often more helpful approach.

​

Sei-ki is a wonderful form of touch that helps us connect with the unconscious, stimulate self-regulation, and find solutions through our own self-awareness.

 

Beneath every symptom lies a movement. Often well-hidden – in tension and stagnation.

 

This movement is not only physical. It is also emotional, mental – and sometimes barely perceptible. And yet it is there. Palpable. Waiting.

 

In my bodywork practice in Leipzig, a space is created where you can reconnect with this movement. Without pressure. Without having to achieve anything. When it is given space, something begins to change. From the inside out. The energy begins to flow again.

 

Self-regulation becomes possible. Deep calm can emerge.

What Sei-Ki can do for you

People come to me because they sense that mere understanding isn’t enough and they long for an approach through the body.​ You don’t need to know anything, be able to do anything, or achieve anything. You’re simply allowed to be there.

 

Sei-Ki is a quiet, profound form of bodywork. The focus is not on treating a symptom,
but on perceiving and accompanying what is alive within you. Through mindful touch and a present presence, your system can reconnect with its natural movement.

 

Sei-Ki trusts that your body already knows
how regulation and healing can occur.

 

A trusting connection can help release emotional tension within you. Trauma-related blockages may also surface and dissolve in the process.

Who is Sei-Ki suitable for?

This form of trauma-sensitive bodywork can support you

if you find that:

 

You’ve already come to understand a lot. Perhaps you’ve reflected, analyzed, and made sense of things. And yet, something remains in your body. Restlessness. Tension. A feeling of not being fully present.

 

Sei-Ki opens a space where you can move from understanding to feeling. Even as a complement to psychotherapy, this work can support you in
not only grasping experiences intellectually, but also processing and releasing them in your body.

The Flow of a Sei-Ki Session

The Setting

 

The session takes place in a calm, safe atmosphere while you are fully clothed on a mat.

 

I guide you with mindful touch and presence. There is no set procedure. We follow whatever arises within your system. Sometimes a lot happens; sometimes it is completely still. Both are valid.

Duration: approx. 60 minutes​

As part of my training, I am conducting a study on the topic “Your Body Knows Its Way” and am seeking participants.

My offer: 3 sessions of 1 hour each for a total of €180 over a period of up to 6 weeks.
