Yin, Yang and Ki –
Interaction of life forces
In Far Eastern philosophy, Yin, Yang, and Ki are the fundamental pillars of life. They describe the forces that permeate all living things, keep them in motion, and maintain balance. Their interplay forms the basis for feeling healthy, vibrant, and in harmony with ourselves.

Yin and Yang – the interplay of opposites
YIN and YANG are not opposites in the sense of "either-or", but complement each other like two sides of a single entity.
Yin represents tranquility, depth, coolness, receptivity, and nourishment. It is the quality of night, water, and inner retreat.
Yang symbolizes activity, warmth, dynamism, giving, and movement. It is the power of day, of fire, and of action. Yin and Yang are inextricably linked. Where there is movement (Yang), there is also a need for stillness (Yin). Where there is light, there is also shadow. Their constant interplay keeps life in balance. When one becomes unbalanced, we often feel this as restlessness, exhaustion, or inner emptiness.

Ki – the life force
Ki, known as Qi in Chinese, is the energy that flows through all living things. It connects body, mind, and soul and flows through us at every moment.
When Ki flows freely and harmoniously, we feel energetic, powerful, and connected to ourselves. When the flow of energy stagnates, we may feel tired, tense, or unbalanced.
Shiatsu – Balance in Flow

Shiatsu connects with Yin, Yang and Ki by mindfully sensing and accompanying the flow of energy in the body.
Through gentle pressure, stretching and touch , a space is created in which Yin and Yang can be rebalanced and Ki can begin to move.
Shiatsu can help you find inner peace, draw strength, and experience yourself in flow with yourself and life again.
I would be happy to accompany you in strengthening your balance and rediscovering your vitality.
