Japanese-Chinese bodywork
Shiatsu is a Japanese form of mindful bodywork, whose roots lie in traditional Chinese medicine.
"Shiatsu" translates as "finger pressure". Meridians and pressure points are stimulated, massaged, and treated in combination using the palms, fingertips, or thumbs.
Through gentle pressure, stretches and movements, Shiatsu regulates the energy flow and helps you to release stress, find inner peace and draw new strength.
In the south of Leipzig, I offer you a protected space where mindful touch, soothing scents, relaxing sounds and warming tea accompany your treatment.

Body, mind and soul in balance
Shiatsu views the human being as a unified whole. This understanding of health is rooted in Eastern tradition, where the principle of Yin and Yang forms the basis. In addition, it incorporates the explanatory model of the five elements – or the five phases of transformation – which describes five manifestations of life energy.
Stress, tension, or exhaustion are signals that your body is seeking balance.
Shiatsu helps you to reconnect with yourself – and regain your balance.
